What is an active user?
We define an active user as any of your creators who upload at least one shot in a month. If they don't upload, you don't pay.
How do I know if my creators are uploading stuff, and is it any good?
Our clever mobile app lets us track who has uploaded content, we'll be able to give you a breakdown at the end of each month. Your dedicated director and editor will keep an eye on the content uploaded and will be able to provide feedback directly to the creators in-app.
Is there a limit to the number of films we can create?
Absolutely not! Storiverse's unique approach allows us to scale up and down to match your exact requirements without compromise.
What’s the maximum / minimum duration of a film?
Included in the deliverable fee is any video up to 2 and a half minutes in length, if you need longer or alternative versions your dedicated director will be able to build a bespoke add-on for you. We typically recommend videos to be no less than 30 seconds in length, but ultimately you're in control.
